Why Jayanth Started PTI
Jayanth began trading Indian equity markets over 7 years ago — not with a finance degree or a mentor, but with a trading account, a lot of curiosity, and an expensive early education in what not to do. Like most retail traders in India, his first months were defined by losses: chasing tips, ignoring stop-losses, and trading on emotion rather than a system.
What changed wasn't luck — it was structure. Once Jayanth built a repeatable framework for reading charts, managing risk, and controlling trading psychology, his results changed. And once his results changed, he wanted to give other Indian traders what he didn't have when he started: a practical, India-specific, live-market education taught by someone who actually trades.
Paschim Trading Institute was founded on a simple principle: every concept taught should be something Jayanth uses in his own trading, on real NSE and BSE charts, with real money. That principle hasn't changed across 100+ batches and 5,000+ students.
How Jayanth Teaches
PTI's 30-day curriculum is built around live market sessions, not pre-recorded theory. Students sit with Jayanth during actual NSE market hours — 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM — analyzing real stocks, real setups, and real risk in real time.
